The average residential assessment decrease for the City of Kamloops is estimated to be 0.2 %.

Please Note: The property tax estimator uses a 3% increase for residential Municipal taxes. The tax increase for all other agencies is estimated at 3% for 2012. These rates will be updated as information is received. A final rate will not be known until May 15, 2012.
